If any of these resonate, you're not alone โ and you're in the right place.
You're constantly juggling thoughts, forgetting things you just said you'd do, and feeling like you can't turn your brain off, even when you're exhausted.
You're excelling at work or school, but no one sees the hours of anxiety, the last-minute scrambles, or how hard you work just to keep up.
You read the same paragraph five times. You sit down to study or work and two hours later you've done everything except the thing you needed to do.
Planners, apps, sticky notes. You've tried every system. They work for a week and then you're back to feeling scattered and behind.
There's a constant low-level hum of worry. Am I doing enough? Did I forget something? What if they figure out I'm not as capable as they think?
The motivation isn't there. You know what you need to do but you physically cannot start. And then the guilt spiral begins.
We specialize in the conditions that busy, driven people deal with most โ but rarely talk about.
ADHD doesn't always look like what you'd expect โ especially when you're high-functioning. We understand the unique ways it shows up when you've spent years masking and compensating.
That constant inner critic telling you everything will go wrong. We help quiet the noise with evidence-based medication management.
Sometimes it's not sadness โ it's numbness, exhaustion, or just going through the motions. We meet you wherever you are.
Weight and mental health are deeply connected, and many psychiatric medications affect weight. We manage both together, in the same visit, with the same provider.
Three simple steps. No waitlists. No judgment. Just real help.
Book online or text us and share your insurance so we can verify your benefits upfront (private pay skips this). Then it's a quick, no-pressure call to make sure we're the right fit.
You'll be matched with a dedicated provider on our care team โ a nurse practitioner โ who takes the time to really understand your story. Your symptoms, your history, what's worked and what hasn't.
Your provider meets with you regularly to track progress and fine-tune your treatment. You get the consistency of one provider who knows you, backed by a psychiatrist-led team.

"Our team practices the way I do. We take the time to listen, we don't rush decisions, and we keep adjusting until the plan actually works for you."
โ Dr. Amanda Joseph, MDJoseph Psychiatry was founded by Dr. Amanda Joseph, a board-certified psychiatrist with over 7 years of experience across hospital, outpatient, and private practice settings. As Medical Director, she designed every aspect of how care is delivered here โ from our evaluation process to our treatment protocols.
Your ongoing care is provided by our team of nurse practitioners: licensed clinicians who manage your treatment and know your story. Behind every provider is a practice structure led by a board-certified psychiatrist, built on protocols she designed.
Nope! You can book directly with us. Just schedule a free 10-minute consult call and we'll take it from there. No referral, no paperwork to start.
We accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem, Empire, and affiliated plans). We also offer private pay at a flat $300 per session (intakes and follow-ups). We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO plans. We'll verify your benefits before your first appointment.
It's a secure video call โ just like FaceTime or Zoom, but HIPAA-compliant. You log in from your phone, tablet, or computer from wherever you're comfortable.
Your care is provided by a dedicated nurse practitioner: a licensed clinician who manages your treatment. Every NP here practices with a board-certified psychiatrist medical director behind them, a structure most telehealth practices don't have. You'll have one consistent provider who knows your story.
Absolutely โ this is one of the most common reasons people come to us. Many adults aren't diagnosed until well into adulthood. During your intake, we'll do a thorough evaluation and figure out what's going on together.
Yes. Medication-assisted weight management, including FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, is integrated into our care. For current patients it's simply part of your treatment, with no separate program fee. New patients are welcome too, especially family members of current patients.
Appointments are available 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, depending on provider schedule. Before work, midday, or at the end of the day, you shouldn't have to take time off to get care. Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
