We don't treat everything.
We treat this really well.

ADHD, anxiety, and depression โ€” the conditions that high-functioning people deal with most, but rarely get the care they deserve for.

โœฆ Our Specialty
ADHD in Adults

ADHD doesn't always look like the kid bouncing off the walls in class. For many adults โ€” especially high-functioning ones โ€” it looks like chronic disorganization, emotional overwhelm, an inability to "just do the thing," and years of being told you're "smart but not reaching your potential."

Many of our patients weren't diagnosed until their 20s or 30s. They've built elaborate coping systems โ€” color-coded planners, alarms for everything, sheer willpower โ€” but underneath, they're exhausted from trying to keep up with a brain that works differently than what the world expects.

We get it. ADHD is our primary focus, and we understand the nuances that generalist providers often miss โ€” especially in adults who've learned to mask their symptoms.

Does this sound like you?

โœ“Difficulty focusing despite being smart and capable
โœ“Chronic procrastination โ€” even on things you want to do
โœ“Emotional reactivity and rejection sensitivity
โœ“Forgetfulness, losing things, missing deadlines
โœ“Hyperfocus on some things, can't focus on others
โœ“Restlessness or feeling mentally "revved up"
โœ“Difficulty with time management and planning
โœ“"Paralysis" โ€” knowing what to do but can't start
โœ“Impulsive decisions (spending, texting, career changes)
โœ“Brain fog, mental fatigue, or burnout

Our approach to ADHD:

โ†’A full hour reserved for your evaluation โ€” not a 5-question checklist
โ†’Evidence-based medication management, tailored to your life
โ†’Ongoing follow-ups to fine-tune dosage and monitor progress
โ†’Assessment for co-occurring anxiety and depression (very common)
๐Ÿ’ญ Core Focus
Anxiety

Anxiety isn't always panic attacks and racing hearts. For many people, it's a constant low-level hum โ€” a running commentary in your head questioning every decision, replaying every conversation, and bracing for the worst even when things are going well.

You might look calm on the outside, but inside you're running through worst-case scenarios, second-guessing yourself, or feeling that tight knot in your chest that never quite goes away. And sometimes, anxiety and ADHD are so intertwined it's hard to know where one ends and the other begins.

We'll help you untangle what's actually going on โ€” and build a treatment plan that addresses the root cause, not just the surface symptoms.

Common anxiety symptoms:

โœ“Constant worry that's hard to control
โœ“Overthinking and "what if" spirals
โœ“Physical symptoms โ€” tightness, GI issues, tension
โœ“Difficulty sleeping or racing thoughts at night
โœ“Panic attacks or intense fear episodes
โœ“Avoidance of situations that trigger anxiety
โœ“Social anxiety or fear of judgment
โœ“Imposter syndrome โ€” feeling like a fraud

Our approach to anxiety:

โ†’Comprehensive evaluation to understand your specific anxiety pattern
โ†’Assessment for overlapping ADHD (commonly misdiagnosed as "just anxiety")
โ†’Medication management when appropriate โ€” SSRIs, SNRIs, and more
โ†’Regular check-ins to adjust and optimize treatment
โ†’Coordination with therapists if you're in talk therapy
๐ŸŒง๏ธ Core Focus
Depression

Depression doesn't always look like what you'd expect. It's not always sadness โ€” sometimes it's numbness. Sometimes it's getting through your day on autopilot, going through the motions, and wondering why nothing feels like it used to.

For high-functioning people, depression can be especially insidious. You're still showing up, still performing, still checking boxes โ€” but the energy it takes is enormous, and the things you used to enjoy just... don't hit the same way anymore.

We understand that depression isn't a character flaw โ€” it's a medical condition that responds to proper treatment. And getting the right treatment starts with someone who takes the time to really understand what you're going through.

Signs to look for:

โœ“Persistent low mood or emotional numbness
โœ“Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
โœ“Fatigue and low energy โ€” even after sleeping
โœ“Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
โœ“Changes in appetite or sleep patterns
โœ“Withdrawal from social activities
โœ“Feelings of worthlessness or excessive guilt
โœ“Going through the motions without meaning

Our approach to depression:

โ†’Thorough evaluation to distinguish depression from burnout, grief, or ADHD
โ†’Evidence-based medication management (SSRIs, SNRIs, atypicals, and more)
โ†’Ongoing monitoring for response, side effects, and dose optimization
โ†’Holistic approach โ€” we consider sleep, lifestyle, and comorbidities
โ†’Coordination with your therapist for an integrated care plan
These conditions rarely
travel alone.

Many of our patients come in thinking they have one condition and discover they actually have two or three. That's exactly why a thorough evaluation matters.

ADHD + Anxiety

Extremely common. ADHD creates chaos โ†’ anxiety steps in to over-compensate โ†’ you're exhausted from managing both. Treating one without addressing the other rarely works.

๐Ÿง  + ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

ADHD + Depression

Years of struggling, masking, and feeling like you're "not living up to your potential" can lead to depression. We address the ADHD โ€” and the emotional toll it's taken.

๐Ÿ’ญ + ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Anxiety + Depression

They often feed each other โ€” anxiety drains your energy, depression saps your motivation, and the cycle continues. An integrated approach breaks the loop.

โœฆ Integrated Service
Weight Management

Weight and mental health are deeply connected, and many psychiatric medications affect weight. That's why we treat them together. The same provider who manages your mental health can evaluate and manage medication-assisted weight care, including FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, in the same visit, on the same platform.

For current patients, this is simply part of your care, with no separate program or extra fee. And if you're here just for weight management, welcome. You'll get a real medical evaluation, not just a prescription. Family members of current patients are especially welcome.

One firm rule: FDA-approved medications only, from licensed pharmacies and manufacturers. We never prescribe compounded or gray-market copies.

Is this for you?

โœ“Weight gain since starting a psychiatric medication
โœ“Interested in GLP-1 medication, done safely and legitimately
โœ“You want medical supervision, not an app or a gimmick
โœ“You'd rather not add a second clinic to your life
โœ“A family member of a current patient looking for weight care
โœ“Diets and willpower haven't moved the needle

Our approach to weight management:

โ†’Comprehensive evaluation first, including eating-pattern and mood screening
โ†’Baseline lab work at a Quest or LabCorp near you
โ†’Medication only if clinically appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed
โ†’Monthly follow-ups while adjusting, then maintenance visits
โ†’Help finding your most affordable legitimate option, including prior authorization
